See ResumeHey, I'm Ulaş, a designer working across product, visual systems, and interactive experiences. I split my time between Berlin and Istanbul, working on product design and self-initiated creative work.
Currently at getirfinans, owning the design system and designing the AI assistant for Turkey's leading service banking app.
I'm interested in the overlap between design, code, and culture. Outside of product work, I produce music, experiment with generative visuals, and build interactive prototypes — often as a way to think through emotion, structure, and rhythm.
I care about clarity, intention, and craft — and I'm drawn to ideas that challenge conventional patterns. Whether it's a tool, a system, or a story, I try to build things that feel both thoughtful and alive.
Work Experience
Own the design system for Turkey's leading service banking app: rebuilt the color foundation and shipped dark mode via a two-tier token system. Designed the AI assistant end to end, conversation UI, thinking states, and motion.
End-to-end product design for a US health-insurance platform: brand identity, visual language, marketing site, onboarding, and core flows, taken from zero to a market-ready product. Integrated generative AI to adapt forms and recommendations in real time. Now the primary asset in an ongoing acquisition process.
Working with early-stage startups and creative agencies on product design, web development, and brand identity. Clients include Good Afternoon Creative and Full Spectrum Insights.
Redesigned core workflows on a data-integration platform to reduce task friction, validated through usability testing. Led UX research that shaped major product decisions. Co-built a scalable design system with engineering.
Designed accessible, responsive interfaces for a global user base in the millions. Designed a QuickBooks integration automating invoice and customer creation from form submissions. Streamlined design-to-development handoff.
